- Create a high-voltage electrostatic field between the spray gun, nozzle, and casting. The atomized paint particles become negatively charged and move towards the positively charged casting surface, forming a uniform paint film. This method provides a protective layer with a smooth, attractive finish and excellent corrosion resistance.

Impregnation Treatment:
- Under vacuum and pressure conditions, liquid impregnants penetrate the micro-pores of the casting. Upon curing, these seal the pores, enhancing the casting's integrity.
