Deburring, Drilling,Tapping and Cutting

The post-processing workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a highly skilled team to ensure that every die-cast product meets the highest standards of quality and precision.

Deburring: In the first step, we remove burrs and flash from the die-cast parts using both manual techniques and specialized deburring machines. Our advanced deburring equipment ensures smooth and clean edges, enhancing the overall quality of the parts.

CNC Machining

For parts requiring high precision and complex shapes, we utilize cutting-edge CNC machining centers. Our CNC machines, including milling, turning, and boring equipment, ensure that parts adhere to exact design specifications with minimal tolerances, achieving unparalleled precision.

POLISHING WORKSHOP

After CNC machining, parts undergo polishing using our advanced polishing machines. These machines enhance surface smoothness and quality by removing minor burrs and surface irregularities, resulting in a superior finish.

Cleaning: Post-polishing, parts are thoroughly cleaned using ultrasonic cleaning machines and other advanced cleaning equipment. This ensures that all machining residues and contaminants are effectively removed, leaving the parts spotless.

Surface Treatment: Depending on product requirements, we offer additional surface treatments such as electroplating, painting, or anodizing. Our modern surface treatment facilities improve corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetic appeal of the parts, providing a comprehensive solution for all surface treatment needs.

Drilling: After deburring, we perform precise drilling operations with our high-precision drilling machines. These machines allow us to create accurate and consistent holes in the parts, which are essential for the subsequent assembly and additional processing stages.

Tapping: Following drilling, our workshop is equipped with automated tapping machines that create internal threads in the drilled holes. This process is crucial for enabling secure fastening of bolts and screws in the parts.
