Central Furnance

At the heart of the workshop's operation is a central melting furnace. This furnace plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal temperatures for the molten zinc alloy, ensuring that the alloy remains in a stable, high-quality state throughout the production process. The central melting furnace is also instrumental in reducing the occurrence of sand holes in the cast components, thereby improving the overall integrity and reliability of the products.

The aluminum alloy die-casting workshop is equipped with an impressive range of machinery and technology to ensure top-quality production. Currently, the facility houses die-casting machines ranging from 160T to 2500T, capable of producing aluminum-magnesium alloy castings up to a maximum size of 1.2 meters.

Each machine in the workshop is integrated into an automatic production line, featuring advanced equipment such as automatic soup feeders and spray pick-up machines. This high level of automation enhances the production process by ensuring consistency, reducing manual intervention, and increasing overall efficiency.

The entire production process is meticulously designed to be safe, efficient, and stable. From the initial preparation of raw materials to the final inspection of the cast components, every step is carefully monitored and controlled. The workshop's advanced equipment and automation capabilities enable the production of complex and high-precision parts, making it a vital facility for industries requiring reliable and high-performance aluminum-magnesium alloy components.
