Yes, in 2016 our factory passed the ISO-TS16949 automobile quality management system certification and added 8 sets of CNC equipment. In 2017 we upgraded ISO-TS16949 to IATF16949.

ABOUT US
Our company covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with a factory area of 20,000 square meters and 150 employees. We are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including 35 sets of zinc alloy die-casting machines with capacities ranging from 88T to 160T, aluminum alloy die-casting machines ranging from 160T to 2500T, which can produce aluminum-magnesium alloy castings up to a maximum size of 1.2 meters. Additionally, we utilize 100 sets of precision instruments such as cold forging machines, aluminum extrusion machines, CNC processing units, spark machines, EDM machines, milling machines, surface grinders, wire cutting machines, ultrasonic cleaning machines, 2D and 3D measuring instruments etc. These advanced tools ensure the reliability and consistency of our product quality.
